GSNC Constitution
At the Committee meeting held on July 12th 2016 a vote was held to incorporate the club and as part of this process, accept a draft Constitution. The result of this vote was a unanimous decision to accept both these proposals and a draft Constitution was forwarded on to Consumer Affairs for Approval. This was accepted by consumer affairs and as such the club was incorporated on 24th July 2016. All players, coaches, parents and committee members are now bound to abide by, and follow, the Good Shepherd Netball Club Constitution. The Constitution can be viewed via the attached document, as can the certificate of incorporation.
